My name is Chef Thomas McDougall Jr., and I’m a 21-year-old chef but I’m not your typical chef. I’m driven by passion, fire, and raw creativity! I’m blessed to have called Marion County home since 2013. Growing up in a multicultural household, I was surrounded by diverse flavors, traditions, and stories. From a young age, I discovered a deep passion for bringing people together through food – not just to feed them, but to create experiences they remember.
Cooking, for me, is more than just recipes; it’s a way to express creativity, emotion, and community. I strive to stand out from the crowd by not following trends, but by setting my own path, bringing bold, original ideas to every dish I create.
